Will my phone attach directly, or do I need the ring?

MagSafe-compatible phones and MagSafe cases attach directly. Other phones, including older iPhones and Android models, require the included magnetic ring. A non-MagSafe or thick case also requires the ring, fitted to the outside of the case.

Which cases are unsuitable for the ring sticker?

The ring sticker is not suitable for silicone, leather, suede, armor-style, uneven cases, or cases with an existing ring. Do not place the sticker inside the case.

Where can I mount the suction base?

Use a flat, smooth surface, such as a windshield, car screen, suitable dashboard or any flat, solid surface such as desk or countertop. Dashboard installation uses the included pad. Avoid curved, uneven, or bumpy textured surfaces.
